Señor Rhino also has a surprise on the finish with a hint of heat from roasted ancho chiles that provide the perfect complement to the full-bodied decadent flavors. The base rhino stout base is classic milk stout with a little cocoa character. The main barrel influence is tequila with very little bourbon showing up in the taste, and that's probably a good thing because this is busy enough already. The chili is subdued, but clearly present in both aroma and taste. Cinnamon is also a clear note.
